Why the first email is not the final specification
The factory still needs testable answers.
A fine mist depends on formula viscosity, solvents, oils, spray output, nozzle, gasket, spring, dip tube and bottle geometry. Selecting a bottle by capacity alone can create leakage, poor spray quality or compatibility problems after filling.
Questions that change the recommendation
- Can the buyer provide a formula summary or SDS for compatibility screening?
- Does the formula contain alcohol, oils or other ingredients relevant to the sprayer components?
- What output and spray pattern should each actuation produce?
- Is an overcap, lock or travel-safe feature required?
- What color, decoration, delivery destination and launch timing are planned?
