Do you support custom bottle moulding from an existing sample?
Yes. A physical sample can begin measurement and feasibility review, but the final design, ownership rights, performance requirements and production drawing must be confirmed.
Is the lowest mold price always the lowest project cost?
No. Cavities, output, expected life, sampling, revisions, maintenance and part quality can have a larger effect on long-term cost than the initial tool price.
Can a custom closure be developed with the bottle?
Yes. Bottle and closure tools can be coordinated when the sealing interface, dispensing function and approval plan are defined together.
